My comments around imports were just suggesting if importers were to bring in lots more Whyalla type products they could easily bring in more BSL products to fill ships or improve economies of scale.
While BSL actively follow up on product that they believe is dumped there is still a heap of imports that come into Australia that are in the BSL range of products. Eg while BSL were successful to get dumping duties Chinese galvanised product a few years ago the hole left was quickly filled by other Asian countries. People seem to think that it is easy getting dumping tariffs on imports however it is long expensive road that may not be successful and can be challenged by the importer. IMO
