I know the story, done the research, understand the players and the convoluted setup, just as they have done previously with business acquisitions that ended in tears
Backdooring director related businesses with negligible revenue and using that "acquisition" vehicle to give themselves loans and fees and share placements and Capital raisings etc etc
I've read it all and I can smell the stench
