Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets looks to have joined the process for Tilt according to The Australian.
Marko Bogoievski stated in the last investor day presentation that $1.5B for their position in Tilt is a "reasonably conservative starting point."
To date it is know that there are 5 parties performing due diligence according to multiple sources that we are aware of. Maybe 6 if you include APA, but word on the street is they have dropped out according to the AFR.
With bids due tomorrow (not sure on the time) I'd anticipate news early next week.
Just for fun - My prediction is a binding offer for Tilt at $7.96 for all outstanding shares.
