I dont think that, its already been given the green light by Magufuli, we would not have got this far otherwise, the VP becomes President after his funeral, if indeed he dies, if there is a delay we are looking at 3-4 days, mourning, funeral etc...... at a maximum I would say.
Thats if he dies, If he pulls through, no delays at all I would think....
