U82Bull,.. Uts are going to be making deals, and Pen will be in dollar land... Utilities made a mistake by signing contracts with an unproven project and with PEN FT delays for up to 2 years and still unproven dont think PEN will be in line for any... until proven if that ever happens the FT was negative the market is telling you that not me...
