Consider the ANZ job ad index has exceeded pre-COVID, so we know staff are being hired and backgrounds checked in record numbers.
Consider too, the acquisition is for scrip, with an escrow period and the management are staying on.
There is always execution risk with an acquisition, but even if zero integration happened, Bright will bring cash flows and profit from day one.
I’ve loaded up.
