It is principal scientist, not principle scientist....I suggest the seek ad be corrected...
principal and principle are famous commonly confusables.
to sort them out, think of principal, with the ...al ending, to mean “main”, as in the school principal (main teacher)
and principle, with the ...le ending, to mean rule, as in a person of high principles (rules).
it would be a shame if a high calibre oncology scientist didn’t apply for the job because they were put off by the grammatical error.
