It actually does make a difference, because they are currently in dialogue with potential equity partners for the equity component of the funding. If one or more of those parties are behind the current manipulation, then it will allow them to receive significantly more shares in the placement, and therefore a greater share of the company, than they would otherwise get if the SP was not manipulated by these drip sells to keep the price pinned down. The equity placement needs to be done before FID, which is June if the timeframe is stuck to. So by controlling the VWAP now, they are potentially stopping the equity placement being 40-50+c and might get it for 25-35c if this continues. All imo.
