Sydney. from my experience, law firms generally lack interest for class action if there is nothing left in the kitty for them. even high profile cases like BIG which was a very clear case for misrepresentation had no takers bcos there is no cash left.
doubt any PE or fund would want to fund IMS class action.
the risk of investing in a penny....
