The seemingly rushed listing on the FSE + the mediocre start on the FSE due to possibly minimal advertising/PR over there + months of stock manipulation=
A large German company (investment or pharma) has been in talks and is about to buy in big. They have also been behind the Hong Kong based manipulation to keep the SP as low as possible until they have the access they desire.
