"Black out period coming to an end and then bang!"
Regardless wouldn't they be obliged to release any drill results when received?
It would be assumed that they probably would not have known of an imminent assay report arrival.
(I guess someone at the assay office could ring and say, "the results are coming very soon" or even a specific date given, - but employees probably have to sign binding agreements prohibiting those actions)
