I don't understand why your points are immediately considered down ramping.
It's ok, and actually good to read counter points being put out in the forum. It allows for more food for thought and pushes people to do more research in to a company they have invested in or are thinking of investing in.
You're obviously not bashing IOU, just providing some input.
I can respect that, and respectfully disagree with you at the same time.
