As a holder for over 4 years, since the VVR days, I can only say positive things about WPR. Management has been steadily increasing the distribution amounts each year and delivers without any hiccups, even during covid.
Also, no dramas, it's a very quiet, reliable REIT, with niche property portfolio and operations. There was some concern a few years ago in Hotcopper about the impacts of electric cars, but that's just too minor a risk at the moment; we are not even close in a transition and we are not even certain there will ever be one. Even if it does happen in 20-30 years, WPR has excellent locations and the properties can easily be transitioned to service station for electric vehicles/retail.
So all in all, happy overall here; I think it's reaching multiyear lows nowadays, so I'll definitely buy more around 2.30s if it's still low by the time I manage to save up enough money for another parcel.
