Hi Kobired, I generally look at a weekly chart to determine where stronger resistance or support lines may be. So if you look at my previous chart to the one I posted today then you may be able to see where the 47c comes from on the weekly chart (I am assuming you have some TA understanding).
And how can chart determine if overvalued or not, well I don't think it can. You would likely need to do some fundamental analysis if you are trying to determine value.
RSI is a momentum indicator, not a value indicator.
