i just don't think it is achievable in the timeframe. It has been pushed back constantly.
Don't forget that countries have to have the gold in bank.......only 3 have that now, Germany, US & Italy.....in that order........I want this but how can it happen as countries need gold.....it is not something freely gifted.
I think Basel 3 date will slide as it has many times since 2009.
Countries can't even pay debt let alone buying gold to meet Basel requirements.
I hope i am wrong and it can all happen "magically" without the need for govt's, and their citizens, doing the work.
