I used quick figures based on 10:1 given Endeavour Group's $10B MC & DW8's $1B MC at the time.
Looking at WOW's MC it is currently $49.463B & SP is $39.09. If they demerge $10B MC = 20.217% x $39.09 = $7.90 SP.
Endeavour Group will be $7.90 SP & DW8 will be about $0.63 SP for the $1B takeover. So about 12.54 DW8 shares for 1 Endeavour Group share.
It is only a thought & may never eventuate but there will be a big hungry shark lurking in the same waters as DW8 when Endeavour Group are demerged.
