More like my next door neighbor,who runs that same business as I do is up to his neck in debt and I want his property plus he has got all the business I want.

The papers are full of mining companies, receivers, noteholders, calling in debt early, DOCA's, and benefactors arguing, some of those deals have been or are in the supreme court, because it does happen.
I am sure on the day everything was legal.
Hence no injunction.
That doesn't mean at a later date this cannot be taken to court, the outcome and circumstances leading up to the event, are more important than hard evidence from reading ACCC legislation.
It might be after the outcome of the Alita case.
