no usually an MOU.
aka offtake partner says; I want what you have,
ixr says; I want to sell you what we got.
the mou is usually the first step in formalising an agreement in commercial terms. not always the case but usually offtake partners will want samples of product to do their own testing.
my bet is we get some mou's in next 6 months. pilot plant was what tim mentioned 12months ago. ideal way to prove viability outside a lab and allow commercial samples to be to sent to customers. haven't spoken about it since but I think that's the direction.
