    The auditors, RSM, had been qualifying the accounts.

    Consequently, the ASX had been questioning whether it was appropriate for ODA to remain listed.

    Now that pesky RSM is gone.

    And replaced by a Brisbane-based auditor, which is somehow more convenient for a company with head office in Melbourne.

    All's well.
