There is an article in AFR's Street Talk saying they are raising ~$7-8m to acquire a WA chemicals company with substantial mining client base.
Apparently ~$3.5m being chipped in via the existing sophisticated backers (i.e. Perenniel and whoever the other one is... I have forgotten).
