You blokes carry on like people have their life savings in spec stocks. Any sensible trader operating to capital preservation rules should have small positions relative to their overall capital in spec stocks. It's meant to be money one can afford to lose as it'll be covered by other stocks at some point. I'm not sure why the voracity of you guys trying to sht talk everything like its a huge investment. We just don't care it's an allocated amount of money we're prepared to lose or as a bonus it may significantly add to the portfolio.
It's like you're spending your day in the TAB arguing with every dude putting $20 on a dog. It's even worse here because at least there's some info as apposed to just simply odds. It's a pointless waste of energy and time that could be invested in positive returns elsewhere. The only possible reason I can come up with is pain from being burnt I cant think of any other reason people would want to waste their time and resources.
