My guess on timing of relisting:

When the central banks, or regulatory bodies start to recognise cryptos or digital assets as legitimate balance sheet and cashflow worthy, or at the very least some big accounting firm starts to recognise digital assets for financial reporting. This is when the auditors will be able to sign off financial reports containing cryptos/NFTs.

At this stage I have only seen some recognition from the investment side of the financial universe talking about crypto currencies and NFTs (BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs).

I'll give it 3 years.
