    You answered your own question with the words "at a COMPANY DEFINING MOMENT".

    Today and Friday were strong shows of lack of confidence in the stock at a COMPANY DEFINING MOMENT". I would have expected a genuine HOLD at this "COMPANY DEFINING MOMENT" not a sell down.

    For all the market knew as of close of business last Friday was today was expected to be a positive report day.

    A HOLD on Friday and today would have supported your position. But the sell off over the last two days does not.
