i do remember tim saying in a recent interview that IXR will expect to send their RE to china for separation/processing. take into consideration theres not many offtake customers currently with separation facilities outside of china. most are still to launch start up and to build their separation processing plants. europe is way ahead of the usa but still limits the available offtakers for RE outside off china.
this isnt a negative post just something to take into consideration of the expectation for offtake customers for IXR and timeframe involved.
