unfortunately for most shareholders they didnt take it up and missed the opportunity of a lifetime and almost let prr die.fortunately though martin rogers and the prr team worked hard for the company and the benefit of the shareholders to find other funding and put prr where they are today in a strong position to be able to walk into a room of investors who will want to throw money at prr and they can pick.

the good part about all this now is the shareprice is much higher and any further dilution will be less then if the last spp was successful.
