If you reinject a brine with 18mg/L of Lithium content and the basin where you reinject is connected to the basin where you are extracting (181mg/L), the concentration of your extraction basin will slowly dwindle. I don0t say this will be the case because it is not clear where they will reinject it and how are the basins interconnected.
