Probably a terminology issue there mate...BTC is bought with cash, not backed with cash. It's not backed by anything except a product key essentially, with its price derived purely from supply and demand.
Is cash backed by gold?? A portion of global debt is leveraged from reserves of gold and other assets, but most certainly not fully backed as a Bullionfx #GOLD token will be.
