According to page 7 of the March Quarterly Activities and Cashflow report, the Pre-Production Capital costs for the Roseby Project are A$M 213. Yep, an extra 20-ish million would be a drop in the ocean, unless they sell those 500 million shares for say 40 c (giving 200 million).

I don't see a bank giving them a loan for 200 million with such a low market cap so surely it must be a jv or a takeover???
