Basically agree with what you are saying. Note that I've no great suporter or detractor of the ANZ report. I posted it with no initial comment. Just more information.
The Chinese have very large deposits. However, exporters have been taxed to discourage exports. My understanding is that the export tax made them non competitive. The Chinese may however be attacted to exporting if the RP price rises or tax is lifted, which may cap prices somewhat.
