Makes sense to me, not everyone can hold hoping for the potential end-state of takeover, if I had 5 000 000 shares and we got over $4, they'd be on shaky ground if it was over 40% of my NW. Dr T being at 90% is way beyond sanity for the average investor, but fortunately he's involved directly in the day to day running of the company.
At the end of the day, we don't have the right to dictate to others what their priorities are, if someone sells large parcels in a company I've invested, I get to buy at a discount and welcome it.
