still looking for support for your claim of double costs... plus claims of need of full replacement due to weather or acts of god.

Typical wind turbine has an effective life of 25 years.... so its not that frequent... and technology costs have reduced and capacity have increased dramatically over the last decade

Litigation for SA islanding event has been settled... TLT paid 1million in penalties for using settings not approved by AEMO, which didn't cause the islanding event... but could have put a lot of people at risk... adjustments have been made so that it should not occur again....
