Yes but you can only pursue what's overdue and need to go through the hoops before initiating court action.....you have to exhaust efforts at resolving the dispute prior to resorting legal action....contact with a friendly payment reminder (LOL)....contact with an overdue payment reminder.....contact with a final notice etc. Sufficient time is required between each step. The claim will in probability be amended to the entire amount outstanding by the next hearing. Best to lodge the claim to get the process underway. I'm expecting a further impairment in the current quarter for the balance of the receivable debt
