Don't be too hard on Gino -- he has a valid point. Tanzania ranks 99 out of 180 countries on the Corruption Perception Index.
I've been following PEK for some time but haven't invested because of sovereign risk and the strong likelihood that the PRC has influence within the government.
REE's are a difficult proposition without the additional risks that come with dealing with Tanzanian governance.
