I'm not fully across the history, but today's announcement wasn't priced in my model, was this generally known to the market?

I'm interpreting this update as: BAU operational expenses are now close to breakeven against new income base and that would mean this is very de-risked (worthy of a re-rate) on this alone? Excluding value adding Capex of course.
