emma, not confirmed yet, but it seems that the scrip offer will be 1 SLV share per 10 SXM shares, approx value 10c----11c per SXM share going on current trading price of $1.00---$1.10 per SLV share, Go to ASX website under SXM as any changes will be posted there, all this could change at anytime until the offer is confirmed.
