It could be possible to be commercial at lower rates if there was virtually no drop-off in gas flow. Unfortunately with these tight gas fields there is always a drop-off,.....could be 50 or 60% over a year.So after they calculate the drop-off then they will know how many wells it will take to satisfy their sales contracts.Then they can calculate whether the field would be economic to develop.
