My take, follow up drilling is planned for Gibraltar March/April, I believe this should be the only focus for future CR that will be needed as mentioned by others previously, we cant deny that, but we do have the funds to finish this next round of drilling that will be started anytime now as per the following

" The identified kaolin and halloysite mineralisation identified in this initial air-core drilling program remains open in all directions (Figure 2). The Company has approval to extend drilling to the north and has submitted additional approvals to expand the drilling to the east-west and south. Follow-up drilling is planned to be undertake in March-April 2021. "

I personally would not even be thinking of continuing any work at Nevada for now, we don't have the funds, we are still waiting on assays, so maybe they will be released soon when they get them and if decent can bump the SP up..

Crown Project is still not ready by the looks of things and I can assume things have been delayed further but hopefully get sorted soon by reading the following ..

" Discussions with local private landholders in the region are ongoing, along with engagement with representatives of the local Whadjak and Yued People in order to finalise a Native Title Heritage Agreement over the Project. OAR is not aware of any registered Aboriginal Sites, or Avoidance Areas registered with the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage within the tenement area."

Peru....nothing will happen here until Covid crap eases and restrictions are lifted. .too risky to do anything and just as well financially again we are not ready for the plant expansion right at this stage..but it will happen all in time pending Covid restrictions and finances..

So it is pretty clear the priority and order things should be done, very important to continue the next round of drilling at Gibraltar and hit the Halloysite and Kaolin the market will like, if we have luck there this will kick our share price up dramatically which will then enable a lot higher priced CR to be done with less dilution and even possibly start seeing options converted if they come into the money. As we have seen on LRS options are slowly being converted and cash rolling in...hopefully Crown will be sorted soon and we will have the raised funds to start work there..

Very crucial time for OAR holders right now, I am in no rush and will continue holding, the patience button will have to be held down a little while longer..I still have faith in management and our GEO's... Watching what our neighbour ADN is doing there is no way in hell I am selling any of my shares here not matter what....I will ride it out until last projects is worked on and proved up...
