puk - I assume that if the preso was at Ords it was PLT doing the presenting but saying that "J&J believe that the truscreen product will add $x to the bottom line".
It would have been more meaningful if it was a senior J&J exec was actually presenting, imho.

I know that this will be old news for the likes of TTH et al, but for newcomers it may be of some slight interest.
I say to you - if J&J was highly confident of the billion dollar potential of Truscreen. . . .whether or not that was top or bottom line. . . .. dontcha reckon they would have found a way of recutting the deal so that J&J stumped up for the pidling $3million of trial costs???
Sounds to me like the product potential was not quite THAT certain . . . ..
