I think it was inevitable that they would have to go down the CR route, timing and price being the only variable.
My guess here is that any utilities looking at signing a supply agreement would want assurances as to the company's ability to maintain solvency over the duration of the contract. I'm personally positive here because this is a great indicator that they are on the cusp of a supply contract.
I'm sure if they could've waited longer they most likely would have. Either way, I'm glad to see this CR cloud out of the way. Our debt is the only thing holding back some investors from jumping on board. Any pull back in share price will be counter punched very quickly.
