Look, milesg, you aren't even reading what I post because you're misquoting me. Either that, or your deliberately misquoting me.
I never suggested the following nonsense that you have attributed to me: - that a grad cert is a degree (I described it as a post-grad qual); - that section 150 is meant to limit advertising (I meant curb derisive advertising, and I think you know that); or - that fee log would be tossed from the profession (I said the breach wasn't actionable, and I said it was a breach of the intent - but you ignored that, too).
The conclusion I'm coming to is... I like an argument, but this is a now a semantic debate with a poster who - for the purposes of my posts - is as deaf as a maggot.
