Looking at the grades in our 100% owned tenements, I would like AZY to focus on growing the resource and create a maiden reserve as soon as possible.
Telfer is providing ore to the mill at grades of less than 0.8g/t and running out.
The mill has a capacity of 24million tons per annum.
Imagine this .....
AZY open pit mine, just 3-5km from the Telfer mill, delivering ore at grades of more than 2g/t.
What woul that do to the output of Telfer? It could triple gold output at virtually no additional cost.
Subtract the toll cost and work out the net revenue to AZY.
Then estimate the new market cap and if you like, the new share price ..... without consolidation
Simple arithmetic ----- big numbers IMO.
