Bill - I'd say I'm unsure as he has provided two notices lately. I guess he could easily keep selling and then just update the market again.

Merchant - I'd guess yes since they have provided their sub notice. I don't think it's something they are keen about doing, so as it's done I'd assume they are finished selling (they may still trade within the 1% though).

.... This very much feels like the build up to the AGM. Ie, we get told in a quarterly that a big update is coming before a certain date. The share price heads up on the hype and LTH retailers holding. 'Insiders' are then selling on the hype (taking profits / rich friends getting richer off the SP movement). Then the news came and the SP fell ~30%..... However, this time I'm not too concerned as the SP more than double it was after the drop and is now a much fairer price compared to what it was then, plus I've never been more comfortable in the science - a combination of the pre-clinical announcements and also how well @@Mason14 articulates the sciences. In particular FTO.
