The part that i found interesting was what the husband said.
Her husband Darren has flown to Phuket to be by his wife's side.

OK!!! "No respect for Western women".
What does he mean by that?
Is he insinuating that Western women should be treated differently to their own women?
I don't know how they treat women over there.
My attitude is let her sweat it out for a while until she learns how to respect other countries and importantly, authority.
