its starts by saying "there are two ways"
it had to clarify this because there are TWO ways and the one im talking about wasnt detailed and neeeeeeded clarification
The point you seem to be missing is that one way to raise capital is to borrow shares, "borrowed shares are exactly that"
name me one other company that has a finance facility that can raise cash if its required whereby a company tells you they are borrowing their own shares to turn into working capital? Ie they have a method of raising cash by shorting their own shares?
I think its quite unique
