Many of the same people saying 'there's a 100% chance the company will receive a T/O offer" are the exact same people who also said "there's 0% chance of a coup". Basically, they refuse to acknowledge the existence of risk or the possibility they may be wrong. Interestingly, these same people tend to collect the most thumbs from the forum. Which just goes to show how much The Mob craves comforting words and mindless reassurance.
Having said all that, I think a project sale is more likely than not. A permit will juice up the price. Might take a lot longer than many suspect though.
