What 'runs on the board' have GUL management got?
They have two properties which were bought at the top of the market and are now worth substantially less and a couple of million was frittered away having a punt on the stock market.
Being asleep at the wheel and slowly chewing up shareholder money is not good management in my book.
The cash backing is there but not by clever stratagising.Pure luck is all.
