Clown, you are right, but I wouldn't count on 13.5 holding. When it hit 23 on the way down last time, the RSI was 20. It's 32 now, so it has the potential to fall much further than last time. If it follows the same pattern as last time it will trade sideways for the rest of this week and hit bottom around the end of next week. Good luck to players.
