    That was interesting Mont.

    But I'm probably in the RBG camp.

    Would yourself or Umshebi ( or anyone else ) have a view as to why we are having these problems on the ground at this late stage of the project commencement.

    Is there a current timeframe ( other than ASAP ) for the actual commencement of earthworks , gas pipelines , jetty construction etc ?

    What are we waiting on and why?

    The more enjoyable question is - Why the current price spike?
