You really know very little about the dynamics in Myanmar re this project. That is patently obvious due to the lack of content in your posts (other than stating the obvious, that the people of Myanmar/Burma are having a tough time at the moment).
There will be numerous options.
The question remains which one will be taken. Let's wait and see before we call the sky falling in on Bawdwin.
