Capital raise are not always an issue. If it’s purpose outlined is of merit and will assist the company in expanding or fast tracking their plans than more than like the SP will rise on the news.
im invested in a tech stock that made a placement to a sophisticated investor for the purpose of expansion and the price multi bagged on open. Months later it’s still on the rise and almost 20bagged. How’s that for a Capital raise.
this company seems to be in a good evolving position atm and if the purpose of the cr is wise then I see this as a plus and so will the SP.
